What are your delivery terms?

We deliver for free within a 25 mile radius so you can rest assured of timely and safe arrival when you need us. We use reliable and reputable couriers who specialise in delivering caskets and coffins. Should you have any issue you can always speak to our Customer Service agents who are always on hand.

What if I don’t know where to start?

That’s perfectly fine – we understand it is a difficult time. Our specialist team can handle your enquiry and talk you through the different options available for you. We believe in giving simple, clear advice and ensuring you get the right choice for your particular need.

How much do your caskets cost?

Can I view the caskets?

Yes you can – either in our online shop, or you can visit our East London showroom. We are happy to have you visit us and see our caskets in person. Our specialist staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Do you have a showroom?

Our showroom is based in Leyton, East London and is open for customers to view caskets in person and ask any questions before they purchase.

How are your caskets made?

We use only the most reputable suppliers to ensure our caskets are made and finished to a very high quality. We personally vet each of our suppliers to ensure they meet our requirements.

Do you offer specialist caskets?

Yes, we sell over sized caskets and children’s caskets as well as metal and wooden caskets. If you have any further query we encourage you to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist.

How much is delivery?

Delivery varies and depends on your location. In some instances we can arrange for free delivery, however if you are further away there may be an additional delivery fee. We will always explain our costs fully to avoid any unexpected charges for you. If you need more information please contact us.

What if I am not happy with the quality of my casket?

We take the utmost care to provide beautifully crafted, high quality caskets. At every step of the way we want to ensure you receive a pristine casket for your loved ones funeral. If you have any issue whatsoever with the quality of your casket please contact us immediately and our specialist staff will help you.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our industry we do not offer refunds for caskets which have been used. We perform quality checks regularly on our stock, and we are always on hand to answer any queries you may have.

For orders placed online you may cancel within 14 days of placing your order and before delivery has taken place. If you order and we deliver to your location there may be an additional delivery fee if you want to return your casket.

Are there any other costs?
